Conditions: (1) Must have a permit for general passenger car transport business. (2) Must comply with relevant laws and ensure safety during operation. (3) Vehicle type: Two jumbo taxis (capable of carrying up to 9 students). The contractor shall provide and manage all vehicles (vehicles owned by other companies are also acceptable). If a normally operating vehicle cannot operate due to malfunction, etc., operate with a replacement vehicle without disrupting the operation plan. (4) Compensate for damages incurred due to accidents during operation, excluding natural disasters and accidents caused by third parties without fault of the contractor. (5) Clearly define the communication system, accident response system, and responsible person in case of accidents or emergencies. (6) In the event of an accident, immediately contact the relevant authorities (police, fire department, etc.) and report to the contracting authority and the school. The contractor shall handle the situation at their own responsibility. (7) The vehicles used must be covered by the following voluntary insurance: Personal injury liability insurance, property damage liability insurance, vehicle insurance, personal accident/passenger injury insurance. *For personal injury liability insurance and property damage liability insurance, the limit shall be unlimited.
