Handover shall be in commissioned condition, and additionally equipped with official markings. Ownership acquisition is exempt from duty based on § 5 (1) c) of the Itv. The contracting authority will provide the data necessary for the issuance of the registration certificate and the vehicle registration document at the time of contract signing. If any part of the documentation refers to a product, process, trademark, patent, activity, person, origin, or manufacturing process of a specific make, model, or origin, the contracting authority also accepts equivalent performance based on § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.). Based on § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), for products or specific processes of a given economic operator, or services provided by them, or for references to trademarks, patents, activities, persons, types, or specific origins or manufacturing processes, the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included alongside the reference. A 60-month warranty is mandatory. In case of warranty failure or mandatory service within the warranty period, if the repair or service is not completed within 3 working days, or the vehicle is not returned, a replacement vehicle of the same type is mandatory for the duration of the repair. For mandatory services and other warranty repairs, vehicle handover/takeover takes place at the contracting authority's headquarters. The cost of transport to the service center is borne by the Seller. (No minimum distance for the service center is specified. For planning the transport costs of mandatory services, the expected mileage over 60 months is 120,000 km.) The vehicles must comply with the requirements specified in Government Decree 6/1990 (IV. 12.) on the technical conditions for the registration and operation of road vehicles [hereinafter: KöHÉM decree] – as in force at the planned date of delivery. The vehicles must have a valid type-approval certificate issued by the National Transport Authority and a user manual in Hungarian.
