(2) When installing the Equipment, consult thoroughly with the School's representative to avoid disrupting the School's operations and training. (3) The parking location for vehicles and the delivery route for the Equipment shall be determined in consultation with the School, and instructions must be followed. (4) Transportation, delivery (including protection), installation, setup (including associated work such as piping and wiring), and adjustment of the Equipment shall be carried out under the instruction and supervision of the School's representative. (5) Transportation, delivery (including protection), installation, setup (including associated work such as piping and wiring), adjustment, and operational explanations of the Equipment shall all be included in this procurement. After confirming compliance, the handover will take place. 10. Warranty: (1) The warranty period for the Equipment shall be one year from the date of delivery. However, if the warranty period separately determined by the contractor or manufacturer exceeds one year, that period shall apply. In case of failure, maintenance and repair shall be performed promptly. (2) During the warranty period, if the Equipment fails or malfunctions due to normal use, the contractor shall be responsible for free repair or replacement. 11. Explanation of Operation Methods, etc.: (1) After delivery of the Equipment, an explanation of the operation methods and handling procedures (hereinafter referred to as "Operation Methods, etc.") shall be provided to the School's relevant staff. (2) The date, time, and location for the explanation of Operation Methods, etc., shall be determined through consultation between the School and the contractor. 12. Other: (1) Bidders are requested to inspect the delivery (installation) site, etc., by the deadline for distribution of bid explanation documents. When inspecting the site, please contact the School's representative in advance to schedule an appointment. (2) The equipment to be bid on must be a commercially available product at the time of bidding. (3) If the product is discontinued or changed after the sales contract is concluded but before delivery, the contractor may consult with the School regarding changes to the contract if the functions and performance exceed those specified in the specifications and if there are no changes to the installation conditions. (4) If equipment with improved performance or added functions becomes available due to manufacturer development after the sales contract is concluded but before delivery, the contractor shall promptly provide information to the School and consult regarding changes, provided that there are no changes to the installation conditions. (5) If the specifications of the Equipment change before delivery, the contractor shall promptly provide information to the School and consult regarding the content of the latest specifications and whether they can be adopted. (6) The contractor shall take all necessary precautions to prevent accidents during transportation, delivery, and installation of the Equipment. In the event of an accident, the contractor shall promptly notify the School and bear full responsibility for any personal or property damage. (7) Waste generated during the transportation, delivery, installation, etc., of the Equipment shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, such as the Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act. Such waste shall be disposed of by the delivery deadline specified in 6 above. (8) Costs incurred for the disposal of waste generated during the transportation, delivery, installation, etc., of the Equipment shall be included in this procurement.
