In addition to relevant laws and regulations, sufficient safety measures shall be taken in accordance with the current situation. Furthermore, instructions from construction personnel or third parties shall be promptly addressed. Traffic guidance shall be provided when construction vehicles enter or exit the site. 11) POLLUTION PREVENTION: 1. All necessary measures shall be taken to prevent pollution. 2. During rainfall, any exposed ground shall be immediately covered with blue sheets or similar materials. 3. When demolishing buildings, water shall be sprayed and sheets shall be used for protection to prevent dust from scattering. 12) RELEVANT LAWS: The "Act on the Recycling of Construction Materials" (Construction Recycling Act), the "Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act" (Waste Management Act), or the "Ordinance on Prevention of Physical and Mental Disorders Due to Specified Chemical Substances" shall be complied with. Construction material waste generated from this work shall be processed at a proper facility permitted by Okinawa Prefecture based on the Waste Management Act. Temporary storage outside the site is generally prohibited. For demolition work, notification under Article 5 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act shall be made. 13) PREVENTION OF SOILING OF PUBLIC ROADS AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES: All necessary measures shall be taken to prevent soiling of public roads and community facilities, and any unforeseen incidents shall be promptly addressed. 14) VARIOUS SIGNBOARDS: The following signboards shall be installed at various locations inside and outside the site. ◆ Safety signs ◆ Traffic signs ◆ Others as instructed. 15) CONSTRUCTION SIGNBOARD: Made of plywood, white background, Gothic font. The names of related contractors shall also be displayed. 16) PROCEDURES WITH GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC OFFICES: All necessary procedures with government and public offices for this work shall be coordinated in advance and carried out without delay. 17) MATERIAL TESTING: Certificates of various material tests shall be promptly submitted to the construction supervisor. 18) INSPECTION: When undergoing inspection, the content of the inspection (classification, date, and time) shall be clearly stated in advance. Inspections shall only be conducted with the attendance of the self-supervising manager (site manager, chief engineer). Even if the inspection passes, the contractor remains responsible for "defects." * The contractor's own inspection shall be completed in advance. 19) CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS: a For parts where the construction object is not visible or difficult to see (underground buried objects, rebar, etc.), construction photographs shall be taken as one of the means to confirm the progress and serve as reference material for inspection. However, any work that is naturally necessary for construction and stipulated by laws and regulations, even if not explicitly stated, shall be performed within the contract amount. 21) APPROVAL: 1. No post-construction processing will be accepted. Requests for approval shall clearly state the content of the approval in advance, and shall be submitted with a clear statement that it conforms to the specifications or drawings.
