Determination of Successful Bidder: For the determination of the successful bidder, the amount obtained by adding 10/100 of the bid amount to the bid amount (if there is a fraction of less than one yen, that fraction will be rounded down) will be the successful bid price. Therefore, bidders, regardless of whether they are taxable or non-taxable for consumption tax and local consumption tax, should enter the amount equivalent to 100/110 of their estimated contract desired amount on the bid form.
