Розрахунок здійснюється впродовж 30 (тридцять) банківських днів з моменту отримання Товару Покупцем, на підставі належним чином оформлених рахунків-фактур та видаткових накладних. Продавець здійснює поставку та передачу Товару за заявкою/ми Покупця. На умовах DDP (відповідно до офіційних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів Міжнародної Торгової Палати Інкотермс у редакції 2020 р.), за кінцевим місцем призначення, що знаходиться за адресою: Харківська область, (конкретна адреса поставки товару буде вказана в Замовленні (заявці) на поставку товару). Поставка Товару здійснюється за рахунок та автотранспортом Продавця. Строк поставки товару за заявками Покупця не пізніше 31 серпня 2026 року.
