15/2025 "Water supply and auxiliary plant maintenance works

This public procurement procedure aims to establish a framework agreement for water supply and auxiliary system maintenance works. The total value of the framework agreement is set at a net amount of HUF 300,000,000. The quantities specified in the price schedule are indicative and the contracting authority reserves the right to deviate from them, up to the total value of the framework agreement. The contracting authority is obligated to utilize at least 70% of the stated framework amount, with the remaining 30% being optional. The expected scope of work includes approximately 200 hours of glass-fiber reinforced pipework operations (diameters ranging from 25-600 mm), repair and inspection of rubber coatings on metal structures (1500 m² for repair, 2000 m² for inspection), and maintenance of circulation pump suction and discharge piece adapters (24 units for repair). Additionally, the contract covers technological works involving hard polyethylene and polypropylene (500 linear meters), and glass-fiber reinforced technological works for flue gas desulfurization (FGK) and supplementary cooling water systems (KHR), including laminated KTS/PP (1500 linear meters). On-call duty hours are estimated at 2000 hours. The maintenance of rubberized surfaces for flue gas desulfurization covers 8,240 m², and for water supply systems, 1,298 m². In accordance with Hungarian Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), any references to specific makes, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks in the tender documents are solely for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall always be understood to apply.
