Товар постачається Покупцю транспортом і за рахунок Постачальника в заклади дошкільної освіти партіями згідно графіку та маршруту постачання продуктів харчування 2-3 рази на тиждень, на умовах DDP - склад Покупця («Інкотермс» у редакції 2010 року) в упаковці, яка забезпечує її збереження під час транспортування, вантажно - розвантажувальних робіт та збереження у межах термінів придатності установлених чинними нормативними документами. Поставка товару здійснюється в робочі дні з 5-00 до 17-00. У заклади освіти забороняється завозити недоброякісний товар. Залишковий термін придатності на момент постачання - не менше 60% загального терміну зберігання, який встановлений підприємством-виробником. Кожна партія товару має супроводжуватися документами, що підтверджують їх відповідність санітарно-гігієнічним вимогам (надати документи, що засвідчують якість та безпеку запропонованої продукції, наявність яких передбачена чинним законодавством (посвідчення про якість або декларація виробника або декларація про відповідність або сертифікат відповідності). Доставка продукції здійснюється автотранспортом згідно з Санітарними правилами та наявністю у водіїв, експедиторів, водіїв-експедиторів особових медичних книжок персоналу відповідно до Наказу МОЗ України від 21.02.2013 № 150. Постачальник самостійно проводить розвантажувальні роботи в ЗДО
