Procurement is carried out based on existing needs, in accordance with the requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 12, 2022 No. 1178 "On approval of the peculiarities of public procurement of goods, works and services for customers provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement”, for the period of martial law in Ukraine and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation" in accordance with the "Procedure for the formation and use of an electronic catalog", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 14, 2020 No. 822. The term of delivery (transfer) of goods: from the date of signing the Contract until December 31, 2026. The supplier delivers the Goods to the Customer in batches, according to the Customer's request, by sample. The supplier delivers the Goods to the Customer's warehouse (place of delivery) within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt of the request from the Customer, not counting the day the Customer sent the request to him.
