Description
Pursuant to PPB Rules Section 3-04(b)(2)(i)(D), DEP intends to enter into a negotiated acquisition agreement with Tully Environmental Inc. for 1566-BIO-3 for Transportation and Beneficial Use of Biosolids generated at the 26th Ward Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility. Services include immediate, guaranteed access to a minimum of 225 tons/day of capacity for the beneficial use of biosolids generated at the 26W WRRF and flexibility to manage up to 300 tons/day, including 24/7 service.
