Постачальник зобов'язаний за заявкою Замовника поставити за свій рахунок Товари у розпорядження Замовника разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах Договору, протягом 5 (п’яти) днів з дати подання заявки Замовника. Заявка Замовника подається шляхом надсилання її на поштову адресу або на електронну адресу зазначену в реквізитах Постачальника. Постачальник зобов’язуються поставити Замовнику Товар в повному обсязі в будь-якому випадку до 30.06.2026 року включно. . Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товарів Замовнику на умовах DDP (відповідно до Міжнародних правил тлумачення торговельних термінів ІНКОТЕРМС у редакції 2020 р.) за адресою Замовника: Україна, Житомирська обл., м. Житомир
Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником впродовж 30 днів після поставки товарів та пред'явлення Постачальником накладної (акта приймання – передачі товарів), завірені печаткою та підписом особи Постачальника, уповноваженої на підписання господарських та фінансових документів. Країною походження товару не може бути російська федерація/республіка білорусь/ісламська республіка іран.
