In cases not covered by the "Design Documents", "Common Specifications", or special specifications, the relevant guidelines, directives, and instructions shall be followed, and consultation with the construction supervisor shall be conducted as needed. Consultation shall also be conducted for any doubts or unclear points during construction.
Furthermore, this shall be in accordance with the "Ordinance on Technical Standards for the Structure of Roads in Obihiro City and Enforcement Regulations", the "Obihiro City Road Mobility Improvement Standards Ordinance", and the "Obihiro City Road Sign Dimensions Regulations".
Civil Engineering Work Calculation Standards, etc. (1) These design documents are based on the "Civil Engineering Work Calculation Guidelines", "Civil Engineering Work Calculation Standards", "Handbook for Systematization of Civil Engineering Work Types", and "Civil Engineering Work Quantity Calculation Guidelines" established by the Hokkaido Construction Department.
(2) The standards established in the "Civil Engineering Work Calculation Standards" are handled as follows.
① The distinction between machine work and manual labor, etc., is determined from the design drawings, etc., but machine work is assumed unless machine work is difficult.
② When standard construction methods or standard equipment are specified in each standard, they are used for calculation, unless otherwise specified in the special specifications, etc.
③ The above ① and ② do not restrict the contractor's choice of construction method.
However, if it is difficult to comply due to site conditions, design changes will be made as necessary.
(3) Matters stipulated in the "Handbook for Systematization of Civil Engineering Work Types" will be subject to design changes as necessary if the content specified in the "Specifications/Abstract" column changes.
Approximate Quantities (1) The quantities listed in the "List of Quantities to be Treated as Approximate" will be subject to design changes as necessary.
(2) For this construction, the contractor shall prepare the design change documents (creation of design change drawings and calculation of construction quantities).
(3) For construction involving approximate quantities, a construction drawing, quantity calculation sheet, etc., shall be prepared, and thorough consultation with the construction supervisor shall be conducted, with the progress of the meeting recorded in the construction coordination form.
(4) Standard drawings show standard construction drawings or as-built conditions, and the contractor shall implement them after thorough verification according to the site conditions, etc.
(5) If a change is necessary, consult with the construction supervisor promptly.
(6) The quantities of temporary work listed in the "List of Quantities to be Treated as Approximate" are calculated based on standard construction methods. Items newly required due to site conditions may also be treated as approximate quantities.

Reference Drawings The drawings shown as reference drawings indicate the construction methods, materials, etc., assumed by the client, and the matters shown therein do not restrict the contractor's choice of construction method.
However, if it is difficult to comply due to site conditions, consult with the supervisor as necessary.
Please note that this does not constitute a change for excessive planning in the design.
Calculation Information The calculation base date and calculation period for the estimated price of this construction are as follows.

Creation of Construction Plan (1) The contractor shall, promptly after the contract is concluded, examine the public design documents, conduct on-site confirmation through basic surveys, file notifications with relevant organizations, and hold consultations with the construction supervisor.
(2) For items specified in the special specifications that require condition indication, confirm whether they match the site conditions, etc., and describe them in detail in the construction plan, including drawings (manager's name, company name, address, distance, and acceptance conditions, etc.).
If any discrepancies are found between the design documents and the site conditions, report them immediately to the construction supervisor and consult as necessary.
(3) The construction method shall be described in accordance with the common specifications, including specific work procedures, specific work methods, and points to note for this construction.
(Excavation method, compaction, spreading method, structure construction method, work removal method, temporary work method, etc.) (4) The as-built management standards, quality control standards, and photographic management standards shall be clearly stated, in addition to the management standards in accordance with the common specifications, including internal management standards.
Also, indicate the planned locations and extent of implementation for each part (survey point, etc.).
(5) For quality control standards, except for small-scale construction, all relevant items must be satisfied. The test methods, quality control standard items, and implementation items shall be described after consultation with the construction supervisor.
(6) Phased confirmations and on-site inspections specified in the special specifications and common specifications shall be included, and other phased confirmation items shall be included after consultation with the construction supervisor.
