1. Przedmiot zamówienia jest Wykonanie dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej na wykonanie systemu instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachach budynków M4, M6bis, M11 Politechniki Wrocławskiej oraz w postaci zadaszenia istniejących miejsc parkingowych przy ul. Długiej 61-64 we Wrocławiu. 2. Etapy przedmiotu zamówienia wskazane w §1 ust. 2 Wzoru umowy: 1) ETAP I umowy - wykonanie inwentaryzacji, ekspertyzy technicznej nośności dachów budynków M-4, M-6 bis, M-11 pod montaż fotowoltaiki oraz koncepcji rozmieszczenia paneli fotowoltaiki i analizy opłacalności, 2) ETAP II umowy – opracowanie projektu budowlanego PB 3) ETAP III umowy – opracowanie projektów wykonawczych i dokumentacji kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem decyzji pozwolenia na budowę, oraz nie objęty postępowaniem 4) ETAP IV umowy - pełnienie nadzoru autorskiego w trakcie realizacji robót. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – OPZ. Szczegółowy zakres obowiązków wykonania przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projekt umowy. 4.
