Original language: RussianПредметът на настоящата обществена поръчка е „Доставка на автоматизирана 193 nm ексимерна/ексиплексна система за твърдофазно пробоподаване чрез лазерна аблация“ (Automated 193 nm Excimer LA System) и включва доставката на лазерната система, ведно с необходимите модули и аксесоари, съгласно техническата спецификация (раздел II от приложената документация). На осн. чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 ЗОП, предметът на обществената поръчка включва и всички необходими предварителни дейности по употребата на оборудването: инсталация, тестване, въвеждане в експлоатация, обучение за работа с оборудването, както и гаранционно обслужване през време на предложения от изпълнителя гаранционен срок.
