1971 - Market consultation on the intended procurement of two mobile chemical laboratories and one mobile biological laboratory Opdrachtgever: Rijksinstituut voor Volksgezondheid en Milieu (RIVM) De Milieuongevallen Dienst (MOD) is een responsorganisatie van het RIVM die 24/7 specialistische ondersteuning biedt aan overheden en hulpdiensten in geval van incidenten, rampen of aanslagen waarbij gevaarlijke stoffen een rol (kunnen) spelen. Belangrijke taken hierin zijn de monstername, het uitvoeren van metingen en het doen van analyses om de aard en hoeveelheid van de chemische stoffen en biologisch materiaal te bepalen. Het RIVM hecht grote waarde aan de mening en inzichten van marktpartijen en wil hen raadplegen voordat een aanbesteding van start gaat. Ter voorbereiding op de aanbesteding wordt daarom een marktconsultatie gehouden om informatie op te halen. De informatie en kennis die worden verzameld kunnen bijdragen aan een betere aanbesteding.
