Interested parties in participating in Minor Purchase processes must be registered on the Honducompras 1.0 portal. **************************** b. Offers must be delivered at the place, day, and time specified or to the aforementioned email. This notice of publication on the Honducompras 1.0 platform. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the respective process number, date, and opening time indicated on the outside. **************************** e. It is mandatory to attach the technical specifications of the offered items as requested. Failure to submit specifications will result in your offer being excluded from evaluation, unless the requesting user considers it necessary to request clarifications on their offer. **************************** f.
