Framework Agreement for the Organization and Execution of Training as a Custom Coach / Workplace Supervisor within Custom Companies

This contract concerns a 1-year framework agreement with multiple contractors for the organization and execution of training as a custom coach / workplace supervisor within custom companies. Offers must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement platform. Bidders who: - Meet the selection criteria - Achieve a sufficient score on the award criteria May be included in the framework agreement. The exclusion grounds as determined by public procurement legislation apply to this contract. By submitting their offer, the bidder declares that they are not in a state of exclusion. VIVO will select a maximum of 2 contractors ranked according to their final score. The training will be organized as an open offering (training available on-site for which employees from different custom companies can register), with scheduled sessions being proportionally divided among the selected contractors. Custom companies from PC 327.01 can make use of this framework agreement and organize in-company training at their own location. In this case, the custom company will choose the trainer from the selected ones. Inclusion in the framework agreement does not grant the right to a minimum number of assignments.
