- 2 бр. нови нископодови 6 000 – 8000 мм, соло градски електрически автобуси с две оси, категория M3, клас I, новопроизведени в серийно производство (неограничена серия), отговарящи на изискванията на Регламент (ЕС) 2019/2144 на Европейския парламент и на съвета от 27 ноември 2019 година. Участниците следва да предложат автобуси, които да притежават сертификат ЕО одобряване на типа на превозното средство, издаден от компетентен орган по одобряване, в съответствие с Регламент (ЕС) 2018/858 на Европейски парламент и на Съвета от 30 май 2018 година или Наредба №60 от 2009г на МТИТС. - 2 бр. зарядни станции за бавно зареждане с протокол за съответствие на европейските стандарти с изходен куплунг (към превозното средство) – Европейски стандарт CCS Type2/Combo2, съгласно SAEJ1772 – европейска версия IEC 62196, така че да е изпълнено условието да заредят и балансират всички електробуси до 100 % (до максимално ниво на заряд SOCm) за по-малко от 5 часа с мощност на всяка зарядна станция - минимум 75 kW/h. Зарядните станции следва да се монтират от изпълнителя.
