Insurance of 2 unmanned aerial systems of the brand “ALPHA Unmanned Systems”, model “Alpha 900 UAV HELICOPTER”

The subject of the lot are insurances for 2 unmanned aerial systems of the brand “ALPHA Unmanned Systems”, model “Alpha 900 UAV HELICOPTER”, as follows: - “Hull” insurance, including: full coverage in flight of the aircraft, on the ground, on board a patrol vessel, during transport, including loss of the unmanned aerial system due to loss of radio communication, as well as coverage of the unmanned aerial system and its equipment against theft, fire, natural disasters, and malicious acts by third parties, - “Third-party liability” insurance, covering all sums, including legal costs for bodily injury and/or material damage caused by the UAV or an object falling from it, which will be paid in full, not in installments, and in case of damage, there is no deductible on the part of the GDGP. The “Third-party liability” and “Hull” insurances shall cover damages from insured events occurring in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, Europe, the maritime and air spaces of the Republic of Bulgaria and Europe, arising from the use of the UAV and all aviation activities. “Hull” insurance and “Third-party liability” insurance for 1 ship-based UAV “Alpha 900 UAV HELICOPTER”; The relevant requirements are specified in the technical specification for lot No. 2 - Annex No. 2.1, which is part of the participation documentation.
