2. Tires - vehicles over 3.5 tons

The task of the successful tenderer, within the framework of a framework purchase agreement, is to sell and deliver new tires for the trucks, work machines, their trailers, and the various adapters and equipment used in the operation of the road network managed by the Contracting Authority, up to a framework amount of HUF 396,000,000 net, in accordance with the technical specifications. Planned number of tires to be purchased by the Contracting Authority: 1852 units. The Contracting Authority states that the above quantity data does not include the number of tires for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles that may be purchased or withdrawn from use during the term of the contract, as well as the associated various trailers, adapters, and equipment. The Contracting Authority states that the above quantity data is for information purposes only, meaning the Contracting Authority reserves the right to issue ad hoc orders against the framework amount specified in the framework agreement, regardless of the predetermined indicative quantity. The Contracting Authority undertakes to utilize at least 70% of the framework amount. The successful tenderer may only deliver new tires that are marked with an approval mark according to § 36/A of Decree 6/1990. (IV. 12.) KöHÉM on the technical conditions for the registration and operation of road vehicles, and which were manufactured no more than 12 months prior to the order. The Contracting Authority draws the attention of the tenderers, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.) on the methods of proving suitability and exclusion grounds in public procurement procedures and defining public procurement technical specifications, that the phrase "or equivalent" must always be added when referring to a specific make or type.
