7入札参加資格がないと認めた者への理由の説明書面(様式は自由)により持参すること。
請求先及び期限契約担当部局(告示文１)へ、通知を受けた日の翌日から起算して3日以内。
(休日を除く)その他説明を求めた者に対しては、書面による請求を受け付けた日の翌日から起算して3日以内(休日を除く)に書面により回答する。
8設計図書の閲覧閲覧期間この告示の日から入札日の前日まで(休日を除く)の、午前9時00分から午後5時00分まで。
稚内市役所 2階 水道施設課その他条件・稚内市に登録のある道内業者であること。
・建設コンサルタント「土質及び基礎部門」に登録があること。
・管理技術者及び照査技術者に、技術士(「総合技術監理部門」または「建設部門」または「応用理学部門」)のいずれかの資格者を配置できること。
・担当技術者に、技術士(「総合技術監理部門」または「建設部門」または「応用理学部門」)もしくは、RCCM(土質及び基礎)かつ地質調査技師の資格を有する者を配置できること。
・道内に本店があり、管理技術者が常駐していること。
・過去5年以内に本市発注業務の履行実績を有していること。
6入札参加資格の申請及び審査事前審査方式・郵便により提出すること。
告示の日の翌日から 令和8年4月13日 まで。
(休日を除く)結果通知日申請を受け付けた日の翌日から起算して3日以内(休日を除く)に書面により通知する。
契約日の翌日から 令和8年9月30日 まで予定価格 公表なし最低制限価格 設定していません。
