Bid Classification (1) This project is a post-qualification general competitive bid, where eligibility for bidding is confirmed after the bid opening. (2) Bids for this project are subject to electronic bidding using the Hiroshima Prefecture Electronic Bidding System (hereinafter referred to as the "Electronic Bidding System"). (3) In principle, written bids are not permitted; this is a project limited to the use of the Electronic Bidding System. 8. Grade: "A", "B", or "C" (3) Location of business office with construction industry permit ※ Business office refers to a business office within Hatsukaichi City permitted under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Construction Industry Act (Law No. 100 of 1949). ※ Principal business office refers to a business office within Hatsukaichi City listed in the "Principal Business Office" column of the construction industry permit application for the industry in 8(1), and which is certified as eligible for competitive bidding in Hatsukaichi City for the industry in 8(1). ※ Delegated business office refers to a business office within Hatsukaichi City listed in the "Subordinate Business Office" column of the construction industry permit application for the industry in 8(1), and which is certified as eligible for competitive bidding in Hatsukaichi City for the industry in 8(1) and has been delegated authority for bidding and contract performance. The company must not have been subject to an business suspension order under Article 28, Paragraph 3 or 5 of the Construction Industry Act at any time between the date of announcement and the date of qualification confirmation. b.
