2 - Rural area 2 sub-offer

As a result of the first stage of this procedure, the Contracting Authority (AK) intends to conclude a framework agreement for free-of-charge passenger transport services, specifically for "Passenger transport services in rural areas - Rural area 2 sub-offer (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, and Nógrád counties)", with a net framework amount of HUF 850,000,000. The subject of the contract is to provide free-of-charge passenger transport tasks originating from, arriving at, or passing through settlements in Hungary - Rural area 2 sub-offer (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, and Nógrád counties) (as detailed in the technical description). The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously is: 6 solo buses (large buses) with a minimum of 45 seats, 8 solo buses (minibuses) with a minimum of 18 but a maximum of 23 seats. The expected total distance to be covered during the term of the framework agreement is 1,074,592 km, for which the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation. The Contracting Authority's largest single order placed at any one time is expected to be 168,000 km, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation. Solo bus (large bus): A single-piece, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has a minimum of 45 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. Solo bus (minibus): A single-piece, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. The number of bidders who will submit the most favorable offer according to the evaluation criteria is: 3 (three). Where reference is made to a product, process, activity, person, or patent or trademark of a specified make, origin, or type in the tender documentation (KD), the designation is made solely for the purpose of clearly and comprehensibly defining the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included.
