2 - Rural area 2 sub-tender

The Contracting Authority (CA) intends to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act for the provision of free passenger transport services, following the outcome of the first phase of the current procedure, for the sub-tender "Passenger transport services in rural areas - Rural area 2 sub-tender" (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod Abaúj-Zemplén, Nógrád, Heves and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties) with a total framework amount of HUF 700,000,000 net. The subject of the contract is the provision of free passenger transport tasks originating from, arriving at, or passing through the settlements of Hungary - Rural area 2 sub-tender (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Nógrád, Heves and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties) (as detailed in the technical description). The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously is: 8 solo buses (large buses) with a minimum of 45 seats, 8 solo buses (minibuses) with a minimum of 18 but a maximum of 23 seats. The expected distance to be covered during the term of the framework agreement is 884,958 km, for which the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation. The maximum individual order expected to be placed by the Contracting Authority at any one time is 168,000 km, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any obligation for it. Solo bus (large bus): A single-unit, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has a minimum of 45 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. Solo bus (minibus): A single-unit, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, which has a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. The number of tenderers with the most favorable offer according to the evaluation criteria is: 3 (three). Where reference is made to a product, process, activity, person, or patent or trademark of a specific make, origin, or type as defined in the KD, the designation is made solely for the purpose of clearly and understandably defining the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included.
