2 - Rural area 2 sub-offer

As a result of the first phase of this procedure, the Contracting Authority (AK) intends to conclude a framework agreement for free-of-charge passenger transport services in rural areas, specifically for the sub-offer "Passenger transport services in rural areas - Rural area 2 sub-offer" (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod Abaúj-Zemplén, Nógrád, Heves, and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties), in accordance with Section 105 (2) b) of the Public Procurement Act, with a total framework amount of HUF 700,000,000 net. The subject of the contract is the provision of free-of-charge passenger transport tasks originating from, arriving at, or passing through the settlements of Hungary - Rural area 2 sub-offer (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Nógrád, Heves, and Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok counties) (as detailed in the technical description). The expected maximum number of buses to be used simultaneously is: 8 solo buses (large buses) with a minimum of 45 seats, 8 solo buses (minibuses) with a minimum of 18 but a maximum of 23 seats. The expected total distance to be covered during the term of the framework agreement is 884,958 km, for which the Contracting Authority does not undertake any commitment. The maximum individual order volume expected to be placed by the Contracting Authority at any one time is 192,000 km, this data is for information purposes only and the Contracting Authority does not undertake any commitment. Solo bus (large bus): A single-unit, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, with a minimum of 45 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. Solo bus (minibus): A single-unit, single-compartment vehicle designed for passenger transport, not connected to an electric overhead line, with a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 permanent seats, including the driver's seat. The number of bidders who will submit the most favorable offer according to the evaluation criteria is: 3 (three). Where reference is made to a thing, procedure, activity, person, or patent or trademark of a specific make, origin, or type as defined in the KD, the designation is made solely to clearly and understandably define the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to be included.
