The contractor shall, when using products and materials manufactured by Toyo Rubber Chemical Products Co., Ltd. and Nitta Chemical Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "rubber products, etc.", see attached table), submit documents certifying the quality prepared by a third party designated by the contractor (a party not related in terms of capital or personnel to Toyo Rubber Chemical Products Co., Ltd. and Nitta Chemical Products Co., Ltd.) for the rubber products, etc. manufactured by said companies, and obtain confirmation from the supervising official.
