Original language: FrenchLe présent marché a pour objet la mise à disposition de services d'hébergement pour l'infrastructure de la ville de Charleroi. Cela englobe non seulement la mise en place initiale, mais également la planification et l'exécution du déménagement, ainsi que la gestion continue, la maintenance et la prestation de services en régie. Notre objectif est d'établir un partenariat solide qui garantisse une transition transparente, une efficacité opérationnelle optimale, et une prestation de services fiables tout au long de la durée du contrat de 4 ans. (1 an reconductible tacitement 3 fois) A ce jour, l’ensemble des services d‘exploitation de la ville de Charleroi se trouvent dans un seul bâtiment "Défi". Le déménagement de cette infrastructure dans 2 datacentres géo résilients permettra à la Ville de Charleroi d’améliorer la sécurité et la disponibilité de son infrastructure, et de limiter les risques au niveau Datacentre (ex : incendie, fuite d’eau, accès non autorisé…)
