(If the complete refurbishment concerns a device classified in the "Fixed Price" table, the unit prices listed in the "Fixed Price" table for the relevant activity shall be binding in the price calculation during the consultation); b) partial electric sewage pump refurbishment, repair: performance of repairs as pre-defined in the "Activity description" or ordered based on fault assessment 1. pre-defined partial refurbishment for pump types classified in the "Fixed Price" table based on individual order: - performance of individual tasks listed in the relevant "Activity description" determined in the individual order by referring to the appropriate column of the "Fixed Price" table - at the unit price offered for this task in the row corresponding to the affected pump type in the "Fixed Price" table; 2. partial refurbishment determined by fault assessment for the most frequently occurring pump types among those that have malfunctioned, based on individual order: - performance of individual tasks listed in the relevant "Activity description" – determined according to the "Sample Task" based on fault assessment – in the individual order, - for the consideration calculated from the unit prices offered in the "Sample Task" belonging to the affected pump type for the performance of the tasks thus determined; 3. partial refurbishment for other faults or other pump types within the scope of consultation: - performance of individual tasks listed in the relevant "Activity description" (point b)/1) or exceeding them, determined based on fault assessment for pump types listed in the "Fixed Price" table, or - for other pump types – exceeding those listed in the "Fixed Price" table or named in the "Sample Tasks" – performance of tasks determined either fixedly or during fault assessment from those listed in the "Activity description", - within the scope of consultation –
