L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. L'accord-cadre est sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum fixé à 520 000 euro(s) H.T. sur la durée totale du marché. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le besoin concerne la fourniture de réactifs et de consommables avec la mise à disposition d'un automate d'analyses des marqueurs sériques maternels pour l'estimation du risque de trisomie 21 et de la prééclampsie, à savoir : - Mise à disposition d'un automate - Maintenance (permettant de garantir une optimisation continue de l'équipement) - Consommables - Réactifs - Formation des utilisateurs - Logiciel de calcul de risque T21 et prééclampsie L'automate sera situé au BGP au service Biochimie M2GM (1er étage du Biogénopôle). Le service de Biochimie a rejoint la plateforme du Biogénopôle M2GM en juin 2023 (UF Biologie Materno-Foetale). Il y est réalisé le dépistage sérique prénatal, proposé à toute femme enceinte au premier trimestre de la grossesse. Ce dépistage sert à déterminer le risque d'anomalies chromosomiques chez l'enfant à naitre, selon l'arrêté du 14 décembre 2018 fixant les règles de bonnes pratiques en matière de dépistage et de diagnostic prénatals avec utilisation des marqueurs sériques maternels de trisomie 21 certifiés CE IVDR
