Original language: FrenchL'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Le bâtiment de Gérontologie a été construit en 2006. Il est situé au Nord de la parcelle sur laquelle est implanté l'Hôpital du pays Salonais auquel il est rattaché. Ce bâtiment, du fait de la reconstruction de l'hôpital sur un autre site, doit faire l'objet d'aménagements pour être autonome et d'évolution en lien avec le projet médico-social de l'établissement. Dans le but de répondre à cette scission foncière et bâtimentaire, le présent contrat permettra de retenir un Maitre d'oeuvre qui sera en charge de l'autonomisation et de l'évolution du bâtiment de Gérontologie de l'Hôpital du pays Salonais
