Description

Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (DBA Loudoun Water), the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed Bids for the aforementioned project. The procurement process and the performance of the Contract shall be governed by the provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA).There will be two opportunities to attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Mandatory Site Visit. The Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference may be attended in person or virtually; however, the Mandatory Site Visit must be attended in person and will immediately follow each Pre-Bid Conference.Bidders must attend at least one of the Pre-Bid Conferences and one of the in-person Site Visits to be eligible to submit a bid.A Virtual Public Bid Opening is scheduled for January 14, 2027, at 2:00 pm via Microsoft Teams. Bidder's shall submit Bids on this online procurement system, IonWave, by the date and time specified above.
