Η προς ανάθεση υπηρεσία αφορά τη συλλογή ογκωδών και λοιπών αστικών στερεών, μη επικίνδυνων, αποβλήτων που εν γένει απορρίπτονται μαζί με τα ογκώδη (κυρίως ξύλινα, πλαστικά και μεταλλικά αντικείμενα), εντός των διοικητικών ορίων του Δή-μου Θάσου και που εμπίπτουν, βάσει της κείμενης νομοθεσίας, στις υποχρεώσεις διαχείρισης του Δήμου Θάσου, τη μεταφορά και τη διαχείριση τους σε κατάλληλα αδειοδοτημένη εγκατάσταση ή εγκαταστάσεις για τα έτη 2026, 2027,2028 και 2029. Η συλλογή των αποβλήτων από τον ανάδοχο θα πραγματοποιείται από τα σημεία που θα υποδειχθούν από το αρμόδιο Τμήμα Καθαριότητας, Ανακύκλωσης & Διαχεί-ρισης Οχημάτων, όπου θα εγκατασταθούν από τον ανάδοχο κατάλληλα Μέσα Προ-σωρινής Αποθήκευσης (container) των ογκωδών και λοιπών αστικών στερεών, μη επι-κίνδυνων, αποβλήτων που εν γένει απορρίπτονται μαζί με τα ογκώδη, ελάχιστου ό-γκου 35 m3. Τα απόβλητα θα μεταφέρονται στα προαναφερόμενα σημεία παραλα-βής με ευθύνη της αρμόδιας Υπηρεσίας του Δήμου Θάσου σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμ-μα συλλογής του Τμήματος Καθαριότητας, Ανακύκλωσης & Διαχείρισης Οχημάτων και θα αποθηκεύονται προσωρινά στα container. Παράλληλα ο ανάδοχος οφείλει κατά την παραλαβή του/-ων container να παραδίδει, κατ’ ελάχιστον, ίσο αριθμό κε-νών container όμοιων τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών για την απρόσκοπτη συνέχιση του προγράμματος συλλογής, μεταφοράς και προσωρινής αποθήκευσης των αποβλήτων από Τμήμα Καθαριότητας, Ανακύκλωσης & Διαχείρισης Οχημάτων του Δήμου Θάσου. Η παροχή της προς ανάθεση υπηρεσίας συμπεριλαμβάνει τη συλλογή, τη μεταφορά και τη διαχείριση σε κατάλληλα αδειοδοτημένη εγκατάσταση ή εγκαταστάσεις ο-γκωδών και λοιπών αστικών στερεών, μη επικίνδυνων, αποβλήτων που εν γένει α-πορρίπτονται καθημερινά μαζί με τα ογκώδη (κυρίως ξύλινα, πλαστικά και μεταλλικά αντικείμενα), που παράγονται εντός των διοικητικών ορίων του Δήμου Θάσου με τους κωδικούς του Ευρωπαϊκού Καταλόγου Αποβλήτων (ΕΚΑ) της υπ’ αριθμόν 2014/955 Απόφασης της Επιτροπής της 18ης Δεκεμβρίου 2014 «για την τροποποίηση της απόφασης 2000/532/ΕΚ όσον αφορά τον κατάλογο των αποβλήτων σύμφωνα με την οδηγία 2008/98/ΕΚ του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου» και το Παράρτημα II της υπ’ αριθμόν 62952/5384/2016 (ΦΕΚ 4326 Β’) Κοινής Υπουργικής Απόφασης (ΚΥΑ) που παρουσιάζονται στην από 16-09-2026 μελέτη που συντάχθηκε από τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Θάσου.
