The supervision of the construction measure is to be carried out fully independently and self-responsibly from late summer 2026 until the planned completion of construction in January 2030 (or final invoice), and after the completion of construction, it is also to include the examination of the construction measure's billing documents. A construction office with telephone and internet connection will be provided free of charge by the client in the vicinity of the construction site for the local construction supervision. The local construction supervision comprises the supervision of the execution of the object in accordance with the documents released for execution, the construction contract including the deadlines or time limits stipulated therein, as well as the generally recognized rules of technology and the relevant regulations, taking into account environmental specifications. The contract period begins in late summer 2026 and is expected to end in January 2030.
