BID ANNOUNCEMENT We hereby announce that a public invitation for bids will be held as follows. Details: 1. Use of Government Electronic Procurement System: This procurement will be conducted through bidding and bid opening/closing procedures using the "Government Electronic Procurement System" (https://www.p-portal.go.jp/pps-web-biz/UZA01/OZA0101). However, submission of bids in "paper" format is also permitted. 2. Qualifications Required for Bidders, etc.: (1) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 70 of the Public Accounting Act (Imperial Ordinance No. 165 of 1947). Minors, persons under guardianship or assistance, who have obtained the necessary consent for contract conclusion, are considered to fall under special circumstances in the said article. (2) Must not fall under the provisions of Article 71 of the Public Accounting Act. (3) Must have received the following grade determination notification in the qualification examination for competitive bidding in the Southern Kyushu region for fiscal years 2025-2026, and be able to complete the work responsibly. (Industry Classification) Landscaping Construction (Grade Determined) "B" or "C" Grade. (4) For those who have filed for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Law (Law No. 154 of 2002) or for commencement of reconstruction proceedings under the Civil Reconstruction Law (Law No. 225 of 1999), they are qualified to participate in bidding after re-certification of their qualifications by this bureau following the decision to commence proceedings. (5) Must not be subject to suspension of bidding or other sanctions from any ministry or agency (including those specially recognized by the disbursing officer).
