Description

Oppdragsgiver har behov for å sikre løpende tilgang på standardiserte betongprodukter og granitt kantstein, til daglig vedlikehold, akutte og planlagte utbedringer, og nyanlegg av det kommunale vegnettet i Trondheim. Det gjøres oppmerksom på at anskaffelsen kun gjelder varekjøp. Nedsetting og tilhørende entreprisearbeid utføres av oppdragsgiver selv.Betongproduktene skal primært benyttes til:Drift, vedlikehold og utskiftning av sandfangkummer. Utskiftning og nyetablering av betongrør i diverse dimensjoner. Trafikksikringstiltak, herunder sikring av anleggsområder, veger og plasser ved bruk av fysisk sperremateriell (betonggris/jerseystein). Granittproduktene skal primært benyttes til:Utskifting og reparasjon av skadet eller slitt kantstein langs kommunale veger, gater og plasser. Etablering av kantstein og radiusstein ved ombygninger av vegkryss, etablering av fortau, sykkelveger og trafikkøyer. Begge rammeavtalene baserer seg på en kombinasjon av to leveransemodeller:Levering fra leverandør (avrop med levering): Leverandøren må ha kapasitet til å transportere og levere produkter direkte til Valøya eller oppgitte anleggsplasser innenfor kommunens grenser. Henting hos leverandør (avrop med egenavhenting): For å sikre effektiv drift må oppdragsgiver kunne hente produkter selv med egne kjøretøy. Det stilles derfor krav om at leverandørens utleveringssted/lagersted må være lokalisert innenfor en maksimal kjøreavstand på 1 time fra oppdragsgivers hovedanlegg på Valøya.
