*****************NOTE - Tender Documents shall be made available either Monday 21 Septemer 2026 or 22 September 2026 ****************************** The City of Boroondara requires suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide General Plumbing Services on an ad hoc basis in accordance with the requirements of the Specfication and the Services General Conditions. The Works to be performed by the Contractor shall generally include, but not be limited to: • Maintenance and repair of Council buildings; and • Minor alterations and improvements to plumbing infrstructure for Council facilities, • Site Investigation and Reporting, Council is seeking to appoint approximately four (4) plumbing contractors. The initial term is for three (3) years.
