La Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Agricultura (FAO), Representación en Costa Rica, tiene el agrado de invitarle a presentar una cotización para la compra “Sonda CTD CastAway”, en el marco del proyecto UTF/COS/022/COS. Las características y demás condiciones requeridas se detallan en la Solicitud de Cotización adjunta. La oferta deberá presentarse en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y deberá enviarse, a más tardar, el 19 de noviembre de 2026, a las 24:00 horas de Costa Rica, al siguiente correo electrónico: FAOCR-Adquisiciones@fao.org Para que la oferta pueda ser considerada, deberá incluir to dos los documentos solicitados, debidamente completados, firmados y sellados cuando corresponda: Apéndice I: Especificaciones Técnicas y Formato de Cumplimiento. Apéndice II: Oferta Económica. Apéndice III: Carta de Presentación de la Oferta. Apéndice IV: Términos y Condiciones Generales de la FAO. Certificado de registro de la empresa o documento equivalente. Perfil comercial de la empresa. Certificado o ficha técnica del fabricante, que permita verificar la marca, el modelo y las características del equipo ofrecido. Carta o certificado de garantía del equipo, por un período mínimo de doce meses. Folleto descriptivo y demás documentación técnica de respaldo correspondiente. Les solicitamos atentamente no modificar los formatos enviados. Todos los espacios deberán completarse utilizando únicamente los documentos proporcionados como parte de esta invitación. Asimismo, cada formato deberá estar debidamente firmado y sellado, según corresponda. Les recordamos que el registro de la empresa en UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) es un requisito obligatorio para participar en este proceso, aun cuando la oferta sea enviada por correo electrónico.
