Description

The Ivy Creek Innovation Park Sites A & B Development Projects bid is comprised of three projects: Ivy Creek Innovation Park Access Road; Site B Graded Pad; Site A Graded Pad- Phase 1 & 2. These are three separate projects, but will be constructed concurrently and are all a component of the Ivy Creek Innovation Park Master Plan. These projects are funded by City funds, VDOT Economic Access funds, and VEDP VBRSP funds.
