⢠Note: This is a Request for Application for subrecipient grant awards to assist local governments, regional planning units, and associated stakeholders in creating and submitting Regional Water Supply Plans in compliance with § 62.1-44.38:1 of the Code of Virginia and 9VAC25-780; it is NOT a competitive procurement for private sectors for goods/ services.
