1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi polegające na Zorganizowaniu pobytu uczestników na Konferencji „Innowacje w opakowalnictwie, bezpieczeństwie żywności i gospodarce odpadami” w okresie od 06.10.2026 r. do 08.10.2026 r. w miejscowości Kołobrzeg w województwie zachodniopomorskim w ramach Programu Wektory Nauki, finansowanego ze środków budżetu państwa, przyznanych przez Ministra Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego. Usługi realizowane będą w zakresie określonym w SWZ, Formularzu ofertowym stanowiący Załącznik nr 1 oraz Formularzu cenowym stanowiącym Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ). 3. Zamawiający zastrzega sobie prawo do niezrealizowania w całości przedmiotu umowy określonego w SWZ, tj. w zakresie i w ilościach podanych w Formularzu cenowym stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, zawiadamiając o powyższym Wykonawcę, co najmniej na 7 dni przed terminem rozpoczęcia Konferencji. Wykonawcy nie będzie przysługiwać żadne roszczenie z tego tytułu, jak również nie będzie on uprawniony do żądania zapłaty wynagrodzenia za niezrealizowaną usługę. 4. Zamawiający zobowiązany jest najpóźniej na 7 dni przed rozpoczęciem realizacji zamówienia przedstawić Wykonawcy listę osób uczestniczących w Konferencji. 5. Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość zmniejszenia liczby uczestników Konferencji o maksymalnie 20 osób względem liczby wskazanej w Formularzu cenowym (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ). 6. W razie udziału w Konferencji mniejszej ilości osób wskazanej w Załączniku nr 2, zapłata nastąpi za ilość osób faktycznie biorących w niej udział, w tym za ilość posiłków wydanych dla tej ilości osób. 7. Szczegółowe postanowienia dotyczące realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera projekt umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
