Bidders will not be allowed to participate if they are found to be ineligible. (1) Must be listed in the Shimokitayama Village List of Bidders and registered in the following categories: ● Registration Category: Goods and Services, etc. Major Category 3 (Stationery, Office Supplies, Office Equipment) Minor Category 3 (Personal Computers and Related Products) (2) Must have at least 2 performance records of indoor wireless LAN setup (of similar scale) in educational facilities and public facilities within the past 5 years. *Documents showing performance records (business name, contract amount) must be enclosed with the bid form mailed. Scope of Work: (1) Service Contract 1: Includes on-premises routers, core switches, floor switches, edge switches (HUB), wireless APs, and LAN wiring at Shimokitayama Village Elementary and Junior High Schools. In conjunction with the on-premises LAN setup, charging storage cabinets will be newly installed in the target classrooms, and existing wired LAN networks will be connected to build an integrated on-premises network. ① Target location is Shimokitayama Village Municipal Elementary and Junior High School (Combined Building), 1 school. Details are in 10.(8) "Outline of Work" and the attached "Wireless LAN Plan." ② The on-premises network (on-premises LAN) will be equipped with a comfortable communication environment that does not cause delays even with the maximum anticipated simultaneous use, to support future one-tablet-per-student environments, remote learning, and classes utilizing videos, etc. ③ Construction of filtering and authentication systems, and if necessary, antivirus software environment, and license migration work. ④ Other work necessary for this project. (2) Service Contract 2: ① Following the continued use of the combined building by Shimokitayama Junior High School, Shimokitayama Elementary School will move into the combined building in March Reiwa 3. Therefore, configuration changes will be made to existing terminals and ICT equipment of elementary and junior high schools to connect to the new network, and additional connection settings will be made for planned equipment. ② Relocation of existing network equipment (routers, switches, etc.) in the current combined building to the nursery staff room within the same building and network configuration. 3 8. Work Content: The specifications required for this project are described in this chapter. In addition, the contractor shall perform on-site surveys, design, equipment installation, setup, testing, and other work to achieve these specifications. For network design, etc., the "Guidelines for Educational Information Security Policies" (December Reiwa 1 version) and the security policies established by Shimokitayama Village shall be followed appropriately to ensure information security. Maintenance and operation are outside the scope of this project, but a support system shall be in place to respond to failures and faults as needed, and response methods and recovery times shall be carefully considered. Maintenance costs and support details for 5 years shall be proposed by the contractor. (1) Work Overview: ① The contractor shall prepare and obtain approval from the Village for a work plan and test plan for on-site surveys and construction. Although school drawings are provided with this bid document, the actual installation may differ from the drawings as a result of on-site surveys. In such cases, the contractor shall complete the construction within the scope of the contract amount for this project. ② The contractor shall coordinate the specific work schedule within the school. The coordination destination will be provided by the Village. However, work involving noise or risk of injury to students shall be concentrated on school holidays or after school hours. ③ Work within the school shall be carried out efficiently by performing feasible tasks in advance to shorten the time. ④ When carrying out delivery or other work, protective measures shall be taken for school facilities and equipment as necessary, including temporary covering. The work area shall be cleaned up and restored to its original condition. ⑤ Unused materials and packaging materials generated by the work shall be removed unless otherwise instructed. ⑥ Confirmation of normality after work shall be conducted based on the test certificates prepared in consultation with the Village, and all shall pass. 9.
