Předmětem zakázky je realizace přístavby nové budovy tělocvičny pro sportovní výuku dětí ve stávajícím areálu 22. základní školy. Nová tělocvična bude přímo napojena na stávající objekt tělocvičny a šaten a bude vložena do vnitřního atria. Bezbariérový vstup do tělocvičny bude zajištěný na úrovni hlavního vstupu do školy a pavilonu prvního stupně. Přístavba bude zahloubena do terénu. Vzniklé zmenšené atrium bude kultivováno dešťovou zahradou, která mimo vyřešení hospodaření s dešťovou vodou bude sloužit pro zlepšení mikroklima, dále bude sloužit pro výukové účely. Na tuto část navazují pobytové bezbariérové schody, které vedou na horní úroveň sportovišť, kde je vytvořen pobytový prostor pro žáky a návštěvníky tělocvičny. Hlavní hmota tělocvičny je doplněna nižší hmotou zázemí a venkovního vstupu. V druhé části je nižší hmota spojovací chodby. Součástí stavby je fotovoltaická elektrárna na střeše tělocvičny. Celkem je navrženo 63 ks panelů. Napojení stavby na technickou infrastrukturu je zajištěno ze stávajících areálových venkovních a vnitřních rozvodů.
