The subject of the procurement for lot No. 2 covers the following activities: 1. Provision of unused vehicles meeting or exceeding the parameters specified in the contractor's technical proposal. 2. Ensuring, at the contractor's expense, throughout the entire lease period, "Civil Liability" insurance for motorists and "Casco" insurance for vehicles. The contractor should consider that, if necessary, vehicles travel outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. The "Casco" insurance should be without limitations on the number of insured events, for which no document from the Ministry of Interior authorities is required. In case of refusal by the insurer to pay insurance compensation for reasons related to the relationship between the contractor and the insurer, the contractor shall rectify the damages at their own expense. 3. Assistance in handling claims resulting from insured events, as well as ensuring their timely rectification throughout the entire lease period. The repair of stickers with the contracting authority's logo and/or other inscriptions/branding placed on the vehicles is also subject to reimbursement. If this requires more than 3 working days after the acceptance of the vehicle, the contractor shall provide the contracting authority with a replacement vehicle. 4. Ensuring the registration of vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act and Ordinance No. I-45 of March 24, 2000, on the registration, accounting, commissioning, and decommissioning of motor vehicles and trailers towed by them, and the procedure for providing data on registered road vehicles. 5. Performing, at the contractor's expense, technical maintenance and/or repair of the provided vehicles throughout the entire lease period. If this requires more than 3 working days after the acceptance of the vehicle, the contractor shall provide the contracting authority with a replacement vehicle. Each vehicle must be accepted for technical maintenance and/or repair within 24 hours of the specific need arising. 6. Ensuring, at the contractor's expense, round-the-clock roadside assistance for the repatriation of the provided vehicles in case of technical malfunction or insured event. Repatriation of the vehicle shall be carried out to a service designated by the contractor. 7. Ensuring, at the contractor's expense, throughout the entire lease period, tire and rim repair and re-equipping of vehicles with the appropriate type of tires, depending on seasonal needs, as well as their timely replacement when worn. Tire replacement shall be coordinated with the coordinator designated by the contracting authority for the execution of the procurement. 8. Ensuring, at the contractor's expense, throughout the entire lease period, vignette stickers for vehicle movement on the republican road network. 9. Ensuring, at the contractor's expense, throughout the entire lease period, the annual technical inspection (ATI) of vehicles, if necessary. The ATI shall be coordinated with the coordinator designated by the contracting authority for the execution of the procurement. 10. Payment, at the contractor's expense, of all taxes and fees related to the operation of the provided vehicles, in accordance with the regulatory framework in the Republic of Bulgaria. 11. Ensuring fully identical vehicles in terms of make, model, and color (regarding color, up to 20% of the vehicles may be of a different color) for this lot, meeting the minimum requirements of the contracting authority. In case of providing vehicles with a different color than the main one (up to 20% of the total number), their number and color must be specified in advance. The deadline for providing the vehicles by the contractor to the contracting authority is according to the proposal of the participant selected as contractor, but no more than 150 calendar days from the date the contractor has submitted the specified performance guarantee for the respective contract, after notification by the contracting authority of secured funding for the execution of the procurement, according to a schedule agreed in advance within this period between representatives of the contracting authority and the contractor, certified by a mutually signed acceptance-transfer protocol...
