Το αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης αφορά τον σχεδιασμό, την προμήθεια, την εγκατάσταση, την ολοκλήρωση (system integration), τις δοκιμές, τη θέση σε λειτουργία (commissioning), την εκπαίδευση και την τεχνική υποστήριξη ενός νέου τηλεοπτικού στούντιο παραγωγής Full High Definition (FHD) στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΡΙΚ. Η Σύμβαση αφορά την υλοποίηση ολοκληρωμένης λύσης «με το κλειδί στο χέρι» (turnkey solution), η οποία περιλαμβάνει την ενσωμάτωση υφιστάμενου εξοπλισμού του ΡΙΚ, την προμήθεια νέου εξοπλισμού και λογισμικού, την παροχή όλων των απαιτούμενων υπηρεσιών μελέτης, σχεδιασμού, εγκατάστασης, δοκιμών, εκπαίδευσης, τεκμηρίωσης, εγγύησης, συντήρησης και μακροχρόνιας τεχνικής υποστήριξης, με στόχο την παράδοση ενός πλήρως λειτουργικού, σύγχρονου και μελλοντικά επεκτάσιμου τηλεοπτικού στούντιου παραγωγής.
