Original language: GermanDas Gebäude 1. 331, bestehend aus Erdgeschoss, 5 Obergeschosse, Untergeschoss und Technikgeschoss/Dach, wird kernsaniert und erhält neue Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Kälte- und Lüftungsanlagen. Für den Betrieb der Anlagen der Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Klimatechnik ist das freiprogrammierbare Automationssystem Siemens Desigo PX auf Basis von DIN EN ISO 16484-5 mit dem Datenkommunikationsprotokoll BACnet vorgesehen. Die Bedienung und Überwachung der Anlagen erfolgt über eine vorhandene Managementbedieneinrichtung (MBE) mit dem Profil BACnet Operator Workstation (B-OWS) gemäß DIN-ISO 16484-5. Im Gebäude SB2-4 werden zusätzlich an den Automationsschwerpunkten örtliche Bedienungen über ein Touchpanel in der Schaltschrankfront realisiert. Es erfolgt eine zentrale Erfassung der Energieverbräuche der Gewerke Lüftung, Heizung und Kälte und Fördertechnik.
