Use of Electronic Procurement System (GEPS)
This project is subject to electronic bidding for the submission of application forms, etc., bidding, and contracting through the Electronic Procurement System.
In principle, the number of bid executions shall be limited to two.
If a successful bidder is not determined within the number of bid executions, the contract will not, in principle, transition to a discretionary contract based on Article 99-2 of the Public Finance Act.
