24-26 KM_I.VÚNY-SP1: Design Services for Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Distribution Networks

MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft. is seeking to procure design services for medium and low voltage electrical energy distribution networks, including connection and metering point design works within its service area. The contracting authority intends to award a framework agreement with a total value of HUF 142,155,161 plus VAT. A commitment to utilize 70% of this framework amount is included. The quantities specified in the detailed price offer (price table) are for informational purposes only, provided to facilitate planning and comparison of bids. Key design tasks and estimated quantities include: 8 km of medium voltage overhead line construction and/or dismantling; 11 km of medium voltage cable network construction and/or dismantling; 10 units of medium voltage/low voltage pole-mounted transformer station construction and/or dismantling; 10 units of medium voltage/low voltage built-in station construction and/or dismantling; 15 km of low voltage overhead line construction and/or dismantling; and 4 km of low voltage cable network construction and/or dismantling. The technical design tasks encompass feasibility studies, permit design, execution design, and designer supervision. A detailed description of the subject matter is provided in the technical specifications attached to the procurement documents. The contracting authority specifies, in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.), that any reference to specific makes, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks in the invitation and procurement documents is solely for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and shall be understood to mean 'or equivalent'. The tenderer is responsible for proving equivalence.
