Предмет на възлагане на настоящата обществена поръчка е избор на изпълнител, който да предоставя застрахователни услуги на ЦУ и териториалните поделения на Южноцентрално държавно предприятие – Смолян, находящи се на територията на област Смолян за сключване на задължителна застраховка „Гражданска отговорност” за МПС, стопанисвани от „ЮЦДП“ – Смолян, вкл. доброволна застраховка „Злополука” на лицата/местата в МПС и застраховка „Каско на МПС” за срок от 24 месеца. Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да обезпечи необходимостта от предоставяне на застрахователна закрила върху имуществени интереси на Възложителя, чрез поемане на риск от настъпване на застрахователни събития, посредством предоставяне на застрахователни услуги.Условията, при които ще се реализира предметът на поръчката, както правата и задълженията на възложителя и на изпълнителя, са съгласно проекта на договор, техническото и ценово предложение – приложения към настоящата документация.В предметния обхват на настоящата обществена поръчка не включва обособени позиции. Предмета на поръчката попада в една група услуги съгласно Общия терминологичен речник (CPV) и не включва разнородни дейности, поради което не е целесъобразно същата да бъде разделяна на обособени позиции.
