The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualification System for provision of Health, Safety, Environmental, Sustainability and Wellbeing services.
Please refer to Appendix 1 for detailed Scope Category 1 (a) General Health and Safety Provision of resources to complete health, safety and environmental tender evaluations. (b) Health and Safety Training • Specialist training including but not limited to the following areas: • GNI specific health and safety training • Lifting operations • Safe systems of work • PSCS/PSDP awareness • First aid • Driver training • Conflict management • Dog safety Category 2 Sustainability and Environmental Support Services The Provision of, but not limited to: • sustainability and environmental audit and inspections support, with speciality in ISO14001, ISO 50001 • Energy and Emissions support e.g. resources to perform energy audits, ESOS support, licence compliance audit. • support, audit and verification of annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions. • support of CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) annual disclosure. • support for Circular economy and resource use. • support for Climate Studies e.g. climate adaption plans, implementation and scenario modelling • general sustainability and environmental support and services. • environmental planning support and services. • Training Category 3 Ecology and Biodiversity Support Services The Provision of, but not limited to: • Forestry services including arborist support • Ecology consultancy support and services • Ecology field support and services • Training • Engagement and events • Biodiversity Landscaping Category 4 Employee Health and wellbeing The Provision of, but not limited to: • New Hire medicals • Ongoing medical screening - certain roles • Occ health provider (company doctor) • Company psychologist • EAP provider • Health Screening Provider • Flu Vaccinations • Audio tests • Asbestos testing • Other health tests as required
