L'arrivée de populations nouvelles liée à l'accroissement de l'offre de logements conduit la Commune de Boisemont à faire face à une augmentation des effectifs scolaires. L'école Chasles Le Roux dispose aujourd'hui de trois classes primaires et d'une classe maternelle. Dans ce contexte, la Commune a fait connaître le besoin de création d'une 5ème classe et l'adaptation de la structure de l'école pour accueillir 120 élèves. En tenant compte des contraintes technico-économiques et des potentialités du site, le projet s'est orienté vers : - Une réorganisation spatiale des locaux communs et maternels afin d'optimiser les surfaces disponibles, - Une surélévation et une extension de ceux-ci afin de répondre aux besoins de surfaces supplémentaires. - Une rénovation énergétique de la salle polyvalente Les caractéristiques du projet sont les suivantes : - Création d'une classe maternelle, - Réaménagement de la zone maternelle afin d'augmenter la capacité du dortoir et des sanitaires maternels, - Réaménagement de la classe maternelle existante en classe mixte (Grande section/CP), - Augmentation des sanitaires élémentaires - Augmentation de la surface du réfectoire et de l'office afin de permettre la restauration des élèves sur site (accueil pour 2 services de 50 élèves) avec mise aux normes de l'office et : - Création d'un espace buanderie, - Création d'un vestiaire pour les agents de la restauration - Création d'un sanitaire personnel et d'un local entretien - Création d'espaces de rangement matériel d'activités motrices. - Création d'un préau de 120 m2. L'extension de cet équipement s'inscrira résolument dans une démarche environnementale. À ce titre, deux objectifs principaux devront être atteints : - La cohérence avec les exigences de la réglementation environnementale 2020 (RE2020) - L'atteinte du niveau E2C1 Les locaux doivent être livrés pour la rentrée scolaire 2027. À sa livraison, l'équipement sera remis à la Commune qui en assurera la gestion et l'exploitation. La durée prévisionnelle de la mission est d'environ 44 mois dont 12 mois de période de garantie de parfait achèvement. L'enveloppe financière globale prévisionnelle des travaux est de 1 330 000 euro(s) HT
